At Park City Resort there are two new developments, Silver Star and The Lowell.

Silver Star: Consisting of 36 townhomes, 22 cottages, and 41 village lofts. This is located across the street from the Park City Municipal Golf Course and is the newest ski-in/ski-out development at Park City Resort. Park City Resort installed a lift to service this project in the summer of 2006, which opened for the 2006/2007 ski season and is serviced by several new ski runs coming into the development. Silver Star is maintaining many of the historic mining buildings for use as an artists’ colony/retreat and will be home to the Sundance Film Festival headquarters every January. The development completely sold out upon its release, however there are several resales in the townhouses, cottages, and village lofts.

The Lowell: This project is a reconstruction of an older condominium development located in the resort center at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort. The Lowells will consist of 10 luxury condominiums.

Remember that new developments that are still in the planning stages and even the beginning stages of construction aren't always going to be available to search in the local MLS.
