The Hero Tree Holds out, Summit Sothebys Ranked in the Top 500

If you are a regular follower of my blog you may recall last fall my story about what I call my "Hero Tree" in my backyard. This is the tree that when all of the other Aspen Trees have turned bright yellow and the leaves are falling off is still bright green and happily growing. Then come springtime and just the opposite occurs: right now all of the Aspens in the area are full of bright green new leaves and are taking advantage of the growing season while this tree has not even started to bud yet. You have to love anything that marches to its own drum and this tree certainly does.

Early spring weather and real estate activity

There is no better way to recharge batteries and get enthused again then to leave town for a week. Having just spent the last week soaking up the sun and warm Caribbean water, I am back, refreshed, recharged, and ready for a busy summer. Here in Park City we are still in that in-between season where it can be beautifully warm and sunny one day and cool or even cold and stormy the next. Quite a shock to the system, leaving the Caribbean where daytime temperatures were in the mid-80s and nighttimes not much cooler to PC where it was 35 this morning with rain/snowshowers. But, that's life in the mountains and just one of the parts that we deal with living here year-round.
